VMAR•Vision Marine completed integration of its Nautical Ventures acquisition, strengthening its balance sheet, optimizing operating locations and integrating retail, marina, financing, service and electric propulsion into a single platform. 1. Founder Retirement and Leadership Change
Roger Moore, founder of Nautical Ventures, retired from all executive responsibilities on June 18, 2026, marking the formal conclusion of the integration phase following Vision Marine’s June 2025 acquisition. Moore built Nautical Ventures into a 13-location Florida marine platform with dealerships, marinas, financing, service operations, rentals and boat clubs.
2. Integration Milestones Achieved
Since the acquisition, Vision Marine has bolstered its balance sheet, optimized operating locations and overhead, and unified retail sales, marina operations, financing solutions, service infrastructure, rentals, boat clubs and proprietary electric propulsion technology into a single operating platform.
3. Next-Phase Operational Leadership
Nautical Ventures will now be managed by Clement Magot and Matthew Andrews under Vision Marine’s strategic oversight, ensuring continuity of customer relationships and manufacturer partnerships. Moore may provide limited advisory support, but day-to-day operations and the company’s strategic plan remain unaffected.
