Vision Marine partners with HD Hyundai’s Avikus to integrate NEUBOAT operator-assist tech with E-Motion propulsion

The STERK 31E was selected as the first validation platform, with a target to display the integration project at IBEX 2026 on Oct. 6-8.
Avikus supplied the initial NEUBOAT system for testing, and joint engineering is underway. The companies said there is no formal written agreement or binding commitments at this stage.
The current phase is focused on engineering and validation, with no expected material impact on operations or financial position.
Partnership to integrate operator-assist with propulsion
Vision Marine said it began a non-exclusive technology partnership with HD Hyundai unit Avikus to integrate NEUBOAT operator-assist with its twin E-Motion propulsion.
The companies said the work is intended to link intelligent navigation with propulsion, steering, helm controls, and other vessel systems to support future twin-motor OEM applications.
