Vision Marine Technologies to voluntarily delist shares from TSX Venture Exchange

Aug. 25 (Reuters) - Vision Marine Technologies Inc. (VMAR.V):

• Vision Marine Technologies said it will voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange, effective Aug. 26, 2026.
• The company said its common shares will continue trading on Nasdaq under the symbol VMAR after the TSXV delisting.
