Visionary Holdings announces special shareholder meeting

Visionary Holdings will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Aug. 11, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on a proposed reverse stock split, including related disclosure arrangements.

The meeting will also consider expanding the board through additional director appointments.

Items include review of the fiscal 2025/2026 annual financial statements, along with other corporate governance matters.
