VisionWave Secures $10M for QuantumSpeed Platform, Acquires Solar Drone and 51% Composite Materials Stake

Since its public listing, VisionWave has acquired Solar Drone Ltd., secured a $10 million Statement of Work to develop its QuantumSpeed™ computational platform and agreed to buy 51% of C.M. Composite Materials. It has launched the VARAN unmanned ground vehicle and ARGUS counter-drone RF sensing system with SaverOne, and forged partnerships with PVML, Boca Jom and Aiphex.

1. Strategic Acquisitions and Partnerships

Since completing its business combination, VisionWave has acquired Solar Drone Ltd. and signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% stake in C.M. Composite Materials, strengthening its aerospace and composite capabilities. The company also forged strategic partnerships with PVML, SaverOne, Boca Jom and Aiphex to expand its global technology ecosystem.

2. Platform Technology Developments

VisionWave is advancing its QuantumSpeed™ computational acceleration engine under a $10 million Statement of Work and developing the QSpeed™ architecture to support high-performance AI and data processing workloads. These developments aim to integrate real-time sensor data interpretation and mission-critical decision making across its technology platform.

3. Autonomous and Defense System Launches

The company launched the VARAN unmanned ground vehicle and is progressing the PS500000 autonomous ground vehicle program, while advancing its ARGUS counter-drone RF sensing initiative in collaboration with SaverOne. Solar Drone UAV platforms have been expanded for defense, infrastructure monitoring and environmental protection applications.

4. Market Recognition and Expansion

VisionWave gained addition to the S&P Total Market Index and expanded its market presence across India, Europe and the Middle East through global defense partnerships. Institutional investor coverage has increased and the formation of an advisory board bolstered governance to support continued commercialization.
