The transaction, subject to flight validation of Meteor’s Impact-700 and customary due diligence, expands VisionWave’s autonomous and electronic warfare capabilities.

VisionWave entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 51% of Meteor Aerospace, valued at a pre-money equity valuation of $40 million. The purchase involves issuing $20.4 million in common stock and is subject to successful flight validation of Meteor’s Impact-700 unmanned aerial platform and customary due diligence.
2. Meteor Aerospace Portfolio
Meteor Aerospace develops a diversified range of unmanned systems, including tactical and strategic UAVs, UGVs, USVs, long-range precision loitering munitions, and electronic warfare and SIGINT technologies. Its C4ISR solutions and integrated national defense architectures provide multi-domain operational capabilities spanning air, land, sea, and cyber environments.
3. Strategic Rationale and Integration Plans
Upon closing, VisionWave will secure a controlling interest and appoint a majority of Meteor’s board, integrating Meteor’s technologies into its AI-driven autonomous systems platform. Itzhak Nissan will continue as Chief Technology Director, ensuring continuity while VisionWave expands its electronic warfare, surveillance, and command-and-control offerings.
