VisionWave Unveils UK-Made TALON and D-FLY Drones for Battlefield Autonomy
VWAV•VisionWave unveiled its UK-manufactured TALON tactical autonomous aerial system and D-FLY autonomous intercept platform at Eurosatory 2026, expanding the STRATUM battlefield autonomy ecosystem. At Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, VisionWave presented its TALON™ Tactical Autonomous Aerial System and D-FLY™ Autonomous Intercept Platform, demonstrating live operations within its STRATUM™ battlefield autonomy ecosystem. The UK-manufactured platforms were showcased alongside existing VARAN™ ground vehicles and CAEAN™ sensing units, highlighting the company’s integrated air-ground defense architecture.

The TALON™ platform delivers high-performance ISR, communications relay, distributed sensing and tactical payload delivery in contested environments. It features GNSS-degraded operational capability, low-signature thermal profile, mesh networking and full STRATUM™ interoperability, enabling persistent battlefield overwatch and border security missions while reducing operator risk.

D-FLY™ is designed for rapid-response counter-UAS operations, autonomously detecting, tracking and intercepting hostile drones at low altitude.
