Visium Technologies extends exclusivity for proposed device rights transfer through March 2027
VISM•Visium Technologies extended exclusivity through March 31, 2027, for a proposed transfer of specified device rights to PT Visium Compute Indonesia. The nonbinding transaction is subject to further due diligence and approval by qualified independent directors.
1. Due diligence extended
The proposed assignment covers specified device contract-use, offtake and deployment rights to PT Visium Compute Indonesia, a newly formed Indonesian foreign-investment company. Both sides expanded due diligence and are targeting completion in the first quarter of 2027 before negotiating a definitive agreement. The transaction remains nonbinding, and any definitive agreement requires approval by qualified independent directors.
