Visium Technologies names Mark Lucky interim principal executive officer
VISM•Visium Technologies named Mark B. Lucky interim principal executive officer effective October 28, 2026, after Paul R. Taylor resigned as chairman, CEO and director on October 26, citing disagreements over financial reporting matters.
1. Leadership change
Lucky previously served as chairman and CEO from February 2018 through April 27, 2026. The board, now comprising Lucky alone, plans to add two independent directors and form a special committee to review disputed accounting matters and oversee related-party transactions, including matters involving Lucky’s personal interests.
