Vista Energy released its 2025 sustainability report, flagging scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions intensity of 6.8 kgCO2e/boe, beating its 2026 target.
- Reported a 23% year-on-year drop in scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity, driven by electrification, renewable power use, flare reduction and methane controls.
- Set a target of zero routine flaring by 2030.
