Quarterly loss widens as project costs rise
Vista Gold posted a wider Q2 net loss of USD 2.96 million, or USD 0.02 per share.
- Exploration, property evaluation and holding costs rose to USD 2.5 million, driven by added Australia personnel and higher power costs.
- Corporate administration expenses increased to USD 846,000 on higher legal, consulting and board costs tied to pre-development work at Mt Todd.
- Interest income climbed to USD 466,000 following higher invested cash balances from the March 2026 offering.
