Vista raises 2026-2028 free cash flow target to USD 2.8 billion

Capital spending is forecast at USD 1.5-1.6 billion per year in 2026-2028, versus USD 1.8 billion in 2025.
Adjusted EBITDA outlook is USD 1.9 billion in 2026, USD 2.5 billion in 2027, and USD 2.8 billion in 2028.
Free cash flow is expected at USD 2.8 billion cumulatively in 2026-2028, up from a prior USD 1.5 billion target.
The base case assumes Brent at USD 85/bbl in Q2-Q4 2026, USD 80/bbl in 2027, and USD 75/bbl in 2028.
