Visteon posted Q2 net sales of $960 million, down 0.93% from a year earlier, despite 4% growth-over-market.
Net income attributable to shareholders fell 30.99% to $49 million; diluted EPS slid 29.96% to $1.80.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA dropped 13.43% to $116 million, with margin narrowing to 12.1%.
Cash flow, buyback and business wins
Operating cash flow declined 61.05% to $37 million; non-GAAP adjusted free cash flow fell 70.15% to $20 million.
Visteon announced a $200 million accelerated share repurchase, expected to complete early Q4 2026; it also booked $2.0 billion of new business wins.
