Vistra completed its acquisition of Cogentrix Energy from funds managed by Quantum Capital Group. The portfolio includes 10 natural gas generation facilities totaling 5,496 MW across PJM, ISO New England and ERCOT, bringing Vistra’s total generation capacity to nearly 50,000 MW across the U.S.
