Vita Coco Q2 FY26 net income climbs 116% to USD 49 million; net sales rise 28% to USD 216 million

The Vita Coco Company posted Q2 net sales of $216 million, up 28% year over year; gross margin widened 12.4 percentage points to 48.7%.
Net income rose to $49 million; diluted EPS climbed to $0.82.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased to $67 million from $29 million.
Margin drivers and outlook
Management cited tariff refunds as a 700-basis-point Q2 gross-margin tailwind; shipment growth also reflected higher pricing and lower ocean freight.
The company raised its FY2026 net sales view to $790 million-$805 million; it lifted adjusted EBITDA outlook to $154 million-$161 million, including Copra.
