The company raised its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to $810 million-$820 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $170 million-$175 million. Vita Coco cited private label shipments, the addition of Copra and strong coconut water category growth, especially in Europe and America, as Q3 sales drivers. Lower tariffs compared with the prior year benefited gross profit, partly offset by higher logistics costs.
