- Chevron operates the entire position.
- Output is forecast at about 900 boe/d over the next 12 months, with oil at 28%.
- The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive per share to earnings, operating cash flow, free cash flow, and net asset value.
- The deal closed Sept. 15, 2026. The effective date was June 1, 2026.
