Vitesse Energy Q3 revenue beats estimates on higher realized prices
VTS•Vitesse Energy’s third-quarter revenue rose 23% year over year to $82.95 million, topping the $77.8 million estimate, while adjusted net income was $2.5 million. The company raised its 2026 production guidance and increased its drilling and completion capital spending forecast.
1. Quarterly results
Vitesse Energy reported third-quarter revenue of $82.95 million, up 23% year over year and above the $77.8 million consensus estimate. Adjusted net income was $2.5 million, compared with the sole analyst estimate of $2 million. Higher realized oil and natural gas prices before hedging contributed to revenue growth; non-cash unrealized commodity derivative losses partly offset operating gains.
2. Higher 2026 guidance
After closing its Denver-Julesburg Basin acquisition in September, Vitesse raised its 2026 production guidance to 16,600-17,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day from 16,300-17,200. It increased its 2026 drilling and completion capital spending forecast to $80 million-$90 million from $65 million-$80 million. The company expects oil to account for 60%-62% of 2026 production, unchanged from prior guidance.
