Vivakor Expands Contracted Revenue to $420M with New Cushing Crude Deal
VIVK•Vivakor’s VST will begin a recurring Cushing crude transaction covering 100,000 barrels per month from August 2026 through July 2027, generating about $7.5 million in monthly revenue. With this deal, annualized contracted revenue opportunities rise to roughly $420 million as Vivakor advances toward its $1 billion commercial activity goal.
1. New Recurring Cushing Crude Agreement
Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC has entered a new supply agreement for approximately 100,000 barrels of WTI crude oil per month at the Enterprise Products Cushing Terminal, scheduled from August 2026 through July 2027. Based on current market pricing, this arrangement is expected to generate about $7.5 million in revenue each month.
2. Growth in Annualized Contracted Revenue
This new transaction increases Vivakor’s total annualized contracted revenue opportunities to around $420 million, reflecting combined recurring agreements across key domestic regions including Cushing, the Bakken, and the Permian Basin. The expansion underscores strengthened revenue visibility and higher utilization of the company’s integrated infrastructure platform.
3. Progress Toward $1 Billion Objective
Vivakor views this milestone as meaningful progress toward its long-term objective of $1 billion in annualized commercial activity, highlighting the scalability of its integrated infrastructure and supply & trading business model. Management emphasizes that growing recurring commercial relationships enhance the value of its energy transportation, storage, reuse, and remediation services network.
