1. Proposed airport facility
Vivakor received a nonbinding letter of intent dated Oct. 14, 2026, to negotiate a 12.9-acre lease at a major Texas international airport. The initial phase would provide hydrogen and compressed natural gas fueling infrastructure to support the airport operator’s planned acquisition of 10 hydrogen-powered buses and serve existing natural gas vehicles. A second phase would add on-site hydrogen production using airport-generated organic waste as potential feedstock. Development remains subject to definitive agreements, Federal Aviation Administration approval, required airport reviews, and environmental and safety requirements.
