Dr. Dean Baker retired from Vivani’s board after serving as chair of both the Audit and Compensation Committees and guiding the merger of Nano Precision Medical and Second Sight Medical. Baker’s senior leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, Advanced Bionics and the Alfred E. Mann Institute contributed critical technical and operational insights during Vivani’s formative stages.
