Merger expected to close in October 2026

Vivani Medical said it has entered a merger agreement to combine its unit Cortigent into ClearOne via a merger with ClearOne subsidiary CLRO Merger Sub.

Cortigent is set to become a wholly owned subsidiary of ClearOne once the deal closes.
Pricing and closing are expected in October 2026.
