Vivani Medical said the transaction to make its wholly owned Cortigent subsidiary a wholly owned subsidiary of ClearOne remains pending final regulatory approval. The parties expect to complete it shortly after receiving approval; closing had been anticipated in October 2026. Under the agreement, Cortigent will merge with and into ClearOne's CLRO Merger Sub.
