Vivid Seats elects Chelsea Grayson to board
SEAT•Vivid Seats elected Chelsea Grayson as a Class II director, effective October 20, 2026. The board expanded from eight to nine directors, six of whom are classified as independent.
1. Board appointment
Grayson’s term runs through the 2029 annual stockholders meeting, until her successor is elected and qualified, subject to earlier departure. Following her election, Vivid Seats’ board has nine directors, including six classified as independent.
