Twelve exchange agreements dated Aug. 31, 2026 partitioned the balance into 12 secured promissory notes later surrendered for stock.
The exchange price averaged $0.25 per share, set at or above Nasdaq’s minimum price under Listing Rule 5635(d).
The transactions reduce the outstanding principal balance of the Streeterville secured promissory note by $2.86 million.
