Vivos Therapeutics received US Patent No. 12,697,190 covering a vibrational oral appliance with mandibular advancements for its Vivos CARE devices.
The new patent is a continuation of US Patent No. 12,048,608, issued July 30, 2024, expanding intellectual property coverage around the platform.
Vivos CARE has FDA 510(k) clearances to treat severe OSA in adults, moderate-to-severe OSA in children ages 6-17.
The company cited studies showing about 80% of patients had significant AHI reductions or symptom resolution using Vivos CARE.
