VivoSim Labs announces annual shareholder meeting

VivoSim Labs said it has scheduled its 2026 annual stockholder meeting for Sept. 30, 2026, to be held virtually at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/VIVS2026.
Stockholders will vote on:
- electing Keith Murphy and Adam Stern as Class III directors to serve through the 2029 annual meeting;
- a reverse stock split within a board-set ratio range, effective any time through Sept. 30, 2027;
- ratification of the auditor;
- an advisory vote on executive compensation;
- an amended 2022 equity plan share increase;
- warrant-share issuance; and
- warrant repricing to $0.85.
