VivoSim Labs announces annual shareholder meeting

VivoSim Labs will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 30, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on the election of Keith Murphy and Adam Stern as Class III directors with terms running to the 2029 annual meeting.
Ballots also cover an advisory vote on named executive officer compensation.
Investors will decide on a reverse stock split within a 1-for-5 to 1-for-20 range, at the board’s discretion.
Other items include expanding the 2022 equity plan by 3,165,000 shares, warrant-share issuance of 4,705,883 shares, and cutting the warrant exercise price to $0.85.
