Results showed stronger alignment with observed human safety outcomes in liver and gastrointestinal risk across small molecules and antibody-drug conjugates.
Testing differentiated safety liabilities between ADC components, helping isolate whether toxicity stems from payload, linker, or off-target exposure.
Data also indicated higher hepatotoxicity for trastuzumab deruxtecan versus trastuzumab emtansine, with greater intestinal sensitivity in ileum tissue.
