Vizsla Copper agreed to buy Agnico Eagle’s 100% interests in Alaska’s Delta base-metals project and Helm Bay gold project.
- Closing is targeted for Q4 2026, subject to TSXV sign-off; the assets include 249 state claims at Delta, and 33 state claims and 642 federal claims at Helm Bay.
- Deal terms include a 2% net smelter return royalty on Delta and a 3% royalty on Helm Bay; the buyback option covers 50% for C$5 million.
- Delta carries a historical inferred resource of 15.4 million tonnes; Vizsla Copper does not treat it as a current resource.
- Delta milestone payments total C$20 million tied to a resource threshold, a feasibility study, and commercial production.
