VNPT selects Radcom to provide cloud-based service assurance for roaming network
RDCM•Radcom wins contract from VNPT
Radcom won a contract from VNPT to provide AI-native, cloud-native service assurance for its roaming network.
The deal followed a competitive RFP process, displacing the incumbent assurance vendor at the Vietnamese operator with more than 30 million subscribers.
RADCOM ACE will be deployed across multiple cloud environments, using AI and machine-learning anomaly detection for real-time, subscriber-aware visibility.
The contract was previously flagged on Aug. 12, 2026 as one of three deals signed after the close of Q2 2026.
