Vodafone executive Marika Auramo acquired 1,645,690 ordinary shares through the company’s Global Incentive Plan.
Auramo sold 775,413 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at GBP 1.18 to meet tax withholding obligations.
The sale totaled GBP 917,277.91.
