Vodafone reported board changes from its July 27, 2026 AGM, including the election of Olaf Koch as a director.
Pilar López also joined the board as a director.
Hatem Dowidar resigned from the board on July 10, 2026; his re-election resolution was withdrawn.
Amparo Moraleda retired from the board at the close of the AGM.
Board committee line-up shifted, with Simon Dingemans chairing Audit and Risk; Jean-François van Boxmeer chairing Nominations and Governance; Christine Ramon chairing Remuneration.
