Volato Group’s Alignment Engine unit signed two four-year take-or-pay AI infrastructure orders worth USD 1.17 billion with a large AI customer. The orders cover phased deployment of dedicated AMD GPU clusters at an Ohio campus, beginning Dec. 31, 2026, and June 30, 2027; the customer committed to about USD 133 million in contractual prepayments, including about USD 40 million due after execution of the initial order.
