Volato Group names David Allen to board, taps him as audit committee chair
SOAR•David Allen joins Volato Group board
Volato Group appointed David Allen to its board on July 22, 2026.
Allen will chair the audit committee and will also join the nominating and governance committee and the compensation committee.
He will serve as a Class III director, with a term ending at the 2026 annual meeting.
