Volkswagen appoints Marianne Heiß as audit committee chair
Appointment to supervisory board and audit committee
Volkswagen appointed Marianne Heiß to its supervisory board with immediate effect, filling a vacant shareholder-seat.
Heiß also took over as chair of the audit committee.
She previously served on the supervisory board from February 2018 to July 2025.
Heiß is a former BBDO Europe CFO, later CEO of BBDO Group Germany, with prior membership on BBDO’s global management board.
