Volkswagen Group Africa will be led from Oct. 1, 2026 by Porsche executive Christiane Zorn, moving from the sales organization.
Leadership changes in Porsche sales regions
- Volkswagen’s Porsche will cut its global sales regions to four, folding Germany into Europe to tighten regional coordination with headquarters.
- Americas operations will be consolidated under Porsche Cars North America CEO Timo Resch; China stays under Alexander Pollich.
- Overseas and Emerging Markets will be refocused under Porsche Korea CEO Mathias Busse, with emphasis on the Middle East and Asia growth markets.
- Central teams for Europe and Overseas/Emerging Markets will be dissolved; the new structure takes effect Oct. 1, 2026.
