Project timing and scope

Projects have started at selected sites; remaining starts are scheduled from June through September, with phased completions running to October 2027.

The investment supports Vonovia’s climate pathway goals. The group owns about 2,600 apartments in Mannheim.

Mannheim housing stock upgrade program

Vonovia set a EUR 25 million program in Mannheim to upgrade housing stock, targeting energy efficiency improvements and tenant comfort.

Work includes insulation upgrades, triple-glazed windows, balcony refurbishments, new shutters and facade repainting; the largest single project is EUR 4 million.
