Vontier acquires EKOS to expand fleet connectivity
Vontier agreed to acquire EKOS, a cloud-connected fleet, fuel, and EV management software provider, to expand its fleet connectivity platform.
EKOS supports more than 1,200,000 vehicles in the U.S., offering centralized fleet visibility through a single interface.
The deal deepens Vontier’s integration of EKOS software with its fueling-site equipment, aiming for a tighter hardware-software operating layer for fleets.
