Vornado Raises $494M to Refinance 2026 Debt and Pays $141M for Plaza Site
Vornado priced $500m 5.75% notes due 2033 at 99.824% (5.78% yield), raising ~$494m to retire $400m of 2026 notes and fund operations; closing Jan.14,2026. The REIT acquired Plaza site at 3 East 54th Street for $141m, crediting a $107m mortgage and securing 232,500 buildable sq ft near Midtown holdings.
