Voss Capital, a 10% owner of Flywire Corp, disclosed sales of voting common stock on Aug. 26-27.
Sales totaled 120,021 shares at weighted average prices of $18.99 and $18.91.
Holdings fell to 11,114,089 shares in managed accounts and 366,617 shares in the Voss special situations fund.
