Voya Financial declares Q3 common dividend of $0.47 a share

Voya Financial declared a Q3 2026 common stock dividend of $0.47 per share, payable Sept. 28 to holders of record Aug. 26.

The company also declared a semi-annual Series A 7.758% fixed-rate reset non-cumulative preferred dividend of $38.79 per share, payable Sept. 15.

In addition, Voya declared a quarterly Series B 5.35% fixed-rate reset non-cumulative preferred dividend of $13.38 per share, or $0.33 per depositary share, payable Sept. 15.
