Voya Financial hosts shareholder meeting on IAE, IHD reorganizations
VOYA•Voya Financial shareholders backed reorganizations of the Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund and Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund into Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund. Completion is expected after the close of business on Oct. 16, 2026, subject to closing conditions.

Voya Financial held a combined special shareholder meeting on Sept. 28, 2026, where shareholders backed the reorganizations. Shares of the target funds are set to stop trading on the NYSE at the Oct. 13 market close; upon closing, holders are slated to receive Class W shares of the surviving fund with equal aggregate net asset value.
