Voyager wins Sandia National Labs mission management contract for 2027 ISS demo

Voyager Technologies won a mission management contract from Sandia National Laboratories for a Big Boy demonstration on the ISS in 2027.

The scope covers end-to-end execution from payload design through on-orbit operations, using Voyager’s NEL external platform on its Bishop Airlock module.

The mission targets national security research, validating parallel sensors to study lightning emissions, radiation conditions, and sensor degradation in spaceflight environments.
