VS Media entered eight unsecured loan agreements with individual lenders totaling S$1.05 million.
The loans carry 10% annual simple interest and have a six-month term from disbursement.
Proceeds will fund working capital, business development, and other corporate purposes. Funds are to be disbursed within 45 days to subsidiary Aurenza Living as the receiving agent.
Prepayment is allowed without penalty. In the event of default, acceleration will be triggered if non-payment persists five business days after written notice.
