- Approval of board authority to execute a reverse stock split within a 1-for-20 to 1-for-80 range.
- Approval to adjourn the meeting if needed to solicit additional votes.
Annual meeting set for Aug. 25, 2026
VSee Health will hold its annual shareholder meeting via webcast on Aug. 25, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect two Class II directors to terms running to the 2029 annual meeting.
