VTVT•vTv Therapeutics randomized the first participant in its Phase 2a Hybrid CATT1 pilot study of cadisegliatin alongside insulin in people with type 1 diabetes.
1. Study begins
The study evaluates the investigational oral therapy in patients using hybrid closed-loop insulin delivery systems. Results are intended to guide future Phase 3 research into glycemic control and hypoglycemia; enrollment in the separate Phase 3 CATT1 study for insulin pen or open-loop pump users was completed earlier this month.
