Vulcan Materials FY26 Q2 net earnings rise 1% to $323 million; revenue increases 3% to $2.16 billion

Vulcan Materials posted Q2 2026 net earnings attributable to shareholders of $323 million, up 1% from a year earlier.
Revenue rose 3% to $2.16 billion, while adjusted EBITDA edged down 1% to $654 million.
Aggregates cash gross profit per ton climbed to $12.02 from $11.88, despite energy inflation and disruptive weather.
Capital returns and outlook
Capital returns totaled $318 million, including $250 million of share repurchases and $68 million of dividends.
The company reaffirmed its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook of $2.4 billion to $2.6 billion.
