Vyne Therapeutics executes 1-for-50 reverse stock split

Vyne Therapeutics set a 1-for-50 reverse stock split tied to its proposed merger with Yarrow Bioscience.
Post-split trading is expected to start July 27 on Nasdaq under Yarrow Bioscience, ticker YARW. The merger closing is targeted for about July 24.
Share count and fractional treatment
The split is expected to cut outstanding shares to about 700,000 from about 33,400,000. Authorized common stock will remain unchanged.
Fractional shares will be cashed out based on the July 23 Nasdaq close, adjusted for the split.
