Vyome Holdings appointed Jerry Leonard as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
Leonard will also serve as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
He is founder and CEO of ClearbridgeCFO, a fractional CFO and financial transformation firm based in Atlanta.
Leonard has served as fractional CFO and secretary of VSee Health since March 2026.
Interim CFO Robert Dickey will resign effective Aug. 31, 2026; the Foresite Advisors consulting engagement will end the same day.
